These terms govern your use of this website. The website is a pre-launch information page. The service is in development and no bookings, sourcing requests, registrations or payments are accepted. Using the website or emailing us does not create a client relationship or any contract for services.

Descriptions of the intended service are given for information only. They are not an offer, quotation or promise that any service will be launched, or of access, availability, price or outcome.

If launched, The Impossible Desk intends to act as an intermediary between clients and independent suppliers, who would generally remain the seller or service provider. Any paid service would be subject to separate written terms, agreed before any service begins.

The Impossible Desk may receive a commission from independent suppliers when a transaction is successfully completed. Any sourcing fee charged directly to a client will always be agreed in advance.

Payments are not currently accepted. Our intended model is to use a regulated payment provider to process transactions and distribute funds to the relevant parties, subject to provider approval.

We aim to keep the website accurate but it may be incomplete or change without notice while the service is in development.

The website's text, images and design are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to the pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; other reuse requires prior written permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

To the extent permitted by law, VR Consulting BV is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this informational website or from temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

These terms are intended to be governed by Belgian law. This does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules of their country of residence.
