Nature of the service
The Impossible Desk is an intermediary and sourcing service. The underlying supplier generally remains the contractual seller or service provider. We do not claim guaranteed access or availability, official partnerships or authorised dealership status, and we do not offer escrow or payment protection. The Impossible Desk may receive a commission from independent suppliers when a transaction is successfully completed. Any sourcing fee charged directly to a client will always be agreed in advance. Payments are not currently accepted. Our intended model is to use a regulated payment provider to process transactions and distribute funds to the relevant parties, subject to provider approval.
